This Privacy Policy explains how Local Business Growth Systems ("we", "us") collects, uses, and protects information when you visit tonbid.org or submit our lead audit request form. We keep data collection to the minimum needed to respond to your request.
Information we collect
- Details you submit: your name, email address, optional phone number, and any message you include in the lead audit form.
- Technical data: your IP address and browser user-agent, collected with your form submission to help prevent abuse.
- Anti-spam: we use Cloudflare Turnstile to verify submissions are human. Turnstile is processed by Cloudflare and is privacy-focused (no cross-site tracking cookies).
- Aggregate analytics: we may use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which measures page views without cookies or personal profiles.
How we use it
- To respond to your audit request and communicate with you about it.
- To protect the form and our service from spam and abuse.
- To understand, in aggregate, how the site is used so we can improve it.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for unrelated advertising.
Third parties
Your submission is processed and stored using Cloudflare infrastructure (Workers, Queues, and Turnstile). We may use email or CRM tools to follow up on your request. These providers process data on our behalf under their own terms and privacy commitments.
Data retention
We keep lead submissions only as long as needed to respond and maintain our business records, then delete or anonymize them. You can ask us to delete your data at any time (see below).
Your rights
Depending on where you live (e.g., under GDPR or CCPA/CPRA), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict use of your personal information, and to object to certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at the address below and we will respond within the timeframe required by law.
Security
Data is transmitted over HTTPS and handled on Cloudflare's infrastructure. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Effective" date above reflects the latest version.
